Firemen and Emergengency Response Team (EMT) are a 100% volunteer force. The fire district serves the larger southern/central portion of Owhyee County. Ready to respond to any emergency, the force is a highly trained and takes great pride in the force's efficeint operatons and response. The community it proud of the modern firestation, which was built in 2004.

Grand View is fortunate to have an Owyhee County Department of Motor Vehicles, available to generate titles, registrations and drivers licenses. The DMV office is located in City Hall but it is temporarily closed at this time.
